As President of Ergon Construction Group, Nathan oversees ISO Services operations and also has responsibility over Ergon’s Corporate Engineering and Corporate Maintenance divisions. He joined Ergon in 2005 as Project Engineer in Corporate Engineering. Originally from Pontotoc, Mississippi, Nathan received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi in 2005 and his Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College in 2010. He became a Professional Engineer in the State of Mississippi in 2009.
As Vice President & General Manager, Chad oversees industrial construction services such as scaffolding, insulation, coatings, abatement, fireproofing, tubing and heat tracing. Chad has served in this position for 20 years and has managed multimillion-dollar construction projects. Chad earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed Mechanical Engineer in Mississippi and Louisiana.
As Director of Business Development for ISO Services, Mark is responsible for the strategy and direction of the business development team, the growth of new and existing business and expanding the brand of ISO Services. With over 30 years of sales and executive management experience, Mark has led successful teams and served on several industry boards. Mark grew up in Mississippi, attended University of Southern Mississippi and moved to Louisiana where he now resides. Over the years, Mark’s experience in the industrial sector has included projects in maintenance, turnarounds, small cap, large cap and EPC related projects.
As Manager of Project Services, Matt Hembree prepares construction project proposals and bids, and he oversees document control, material procurement, subcontractor coordination and scheduling. He also works with subcontractors and site supervisors to ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Alabama.
As Field Superintendent, Phil Thomason supervises numerous construction projects, including turnaround projects at Ergon’s refineries in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and Newell, West Virginia. He has over 30 years of experience in the industrial construction industry, including in the areas of piping, structural fitting, welding, tank repair, crane operations, rigging and more.
As Civil Superintendent, Gary Martin oversees the daily operations of the Civil Department team of finish carpenters, scaffold builders and concrete finishers. Gary earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (Architectural Drafting) from Mississippi Valley State University and joined Ergon in 1997.
As Senior Safety Specialist, Frank Dawson is responsible for managing employee safety programs and standard operating procedures and policies. He is also responsible for incident/investigation management, safety inspections/audits, permit writing, confined space monitoring, organizing and overseeing safety committees and maintaining total man-hours per the OSHA 300 log. Frank is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist and has received numerous additional OSHA certifications throughout his 13-year career as a safety professional.
Will Clark is responsible for ISO Services’ Business Development. Will previously served as Project Manager in Ergon’s Corporate Engineering Department, providing support on multimillion-dollar capital projects at Ergon’s refineries, terminals, asphalt and emulsion facilities, and ethanol plants. Will received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University in 2015. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Mississippi and a Certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.
As Safety & Training Manager, Eduardo is responsible for managing employee safety programs and standard operating procedures and policies. He is also responsible for incident/investigation management, safety inspections/audits, permit writing, confined-space monitoring, organizing and overseeing safety committees and maintaining total man hours per the OSHA 300 log. Eduardo received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Technological University of Honduras.
Gulf Coast Regional Manager, Trevor oversees ISO Services’ scaffolding operations. He has over 25 years of experience in the industrial scaffolding business, including in scaffold safety and risk management. He earned his Industrial Technology degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and became a Certified Scaffold Instructor through the Scaffold Training Institute. He is also a certified Construction Health & Safety Technician.
Central Region Operations Manager, Bryan oversees ISO Services’ Civil, Mechanical and Electrical engineering operations. He joined Ergon in 2014 as Project Manager in Corporate Engineering. Originally from Starkville, Mississippi, Bryan received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University in 2006. Bryan has over 15 years of experience managing large capital projects in the oil and gas industry.
As Construction Quality Manager, Paul is responsible for overseeing a team of quality inspectors on ISO Services projects, as well as ASME manual and U,R and S code stamps. He completed the Pipefitters Technical School program in 1988, became a Certified Welding Inspector in 2007 and has 35 years of experience in the industrial construction industry.
