- Leadership Engagement — Management regularly visits job sites and engages in safety-related planning and discussions.
- Audits — We conduct comprehensive site audits that assess performance and uphold safety standards and compliance.
- Observations — We encourage our personnel to provide observations for safety, quality and productivity.
- Training — Each job classification has yearly specific safety training.
- Tracking — We track all incidents with added emphasis on incident severity (actual or potential) that includes company-wide sharing and learning opportunities
- Accountability — We are active in the industry third-party contractor pre-qualification systems that document safety programs and performance.
